The silly season we call summer has landed and that’s celebrated in monstrous style with our summer closing party hosted by the infamous What Happens crew so make sure to join the fun. What Happens is one of the longest running and most successful monthly parties in Copenhagen and never fails to deliver one helluva night.
Now, on to the lineup… Having destroyed the Culture Box mainroom again and again for the past 6 years, Tim Andresen is one of the true legends of house music in Denmark and few djs can claim to have had a greater impact on the local scene than him. He has toured across the World and played some of the finest dancefloors on the planet such as Space, Pacha, Privelege, Fabric and Ministry Of Sound while producing an endless list of tracks and remixes for labels like Azuli, Seamless, Big In Ibiza, Mark Knight’s Toolroom and Fatboy Slim’s Southern Fried to name a few. He is joined by a true expert of underground house Denis Horvat, a man on a mission who has made a quick rise to the spotlight following quality releases on Upon You, Great Stuff, Monique Musique, Cr2, Starlight, What Happens of course and many more. To heat up the dancefloor we have our newest signing Chris Sane who gets his Culture Box debut and also just had releases on Deep Nota, iFROMINAL and more while Lyne from PartyHarders close the mainroom in proper style fresh from rocking the huge Distortion crowd the other week.
Box 2 goes slightly deeper and is hosted by birthday boy Ian Bang with Slammer from Bulgaria, Tobbe, Benster and Brian Holm forming a seriously hot fivesome not to be missed.
To mark the final party before we close down for the summer, we are holding a unique preparty in the Cocktail Box from 9pm with Emilio on the decks and cocktails starting from just 40 kroner to get you all started.
Culture Box will be closed for a well deserved summer holiday from June 19th till July 16th – See you on the flip side!
